Lunches (october 9 and 10) and dinner on 9th evening are optional and not included in the fee.If you wish to join us for lunch and/or dinner, we would appreciate it if you paid the meal fees and the conference registration fee at the same time in order to simplify the organisation (it will not be possible to register for the meals after the conference registration fees have been paid).
